I herewith ask the firm Peter Rapp AG, Wil, to buy the following lots for me according to the terms of auction sale specified in their auction catalogue. Unless otherwise agreed, lots will only be dispatched after the receipt of payment in full. This applies particularly to buyers bidding by internet and telephone.

Credit Card Details

A valid credit card is required in order for you to be able to submit bids on the internet. With new customers in particular, the Rapp auction house reserves the right to validate and to request authorisation of the credit card prior to the auction, which means setting aside up to 25% of your bid amount on your credit card (important: this is a hold only and not a debit).


Your credit card details will strictly be used for the above mentioned purposes. Peter Rapp AG guarantees a confidental handling of your data. Your information is being transferred via a secured connection and will be deleted from the server immediately afterwards. This means that the sent information will be coded and therefore it will be impossible for other users to read or intercept your data.

As a matter of principle, the lots are handed over upon full payment of the auction invoice. It is solely in the discretion of Peter Rapp AG to hand over the lots concurrently with invoice presentation.
